Clearly Adjustable Heel Lifts are comprised of 12 separate layers of firm, clear vinyl plastic that can be peeled and adjusted in 1-millimeter increments. Long constant slope supports the arch and helps reduce arch stress. Layers have a natural tendency to adhere to each other without adhesives and can be peeled and re-stuck repeatedly. Vinyl conforms but does not compress, even with extended use. A transparent material is ideal for use with dress shoes or sandals. 1/2" maximum height. Trim with scissors.

Sizing: 
Small fits Women’s shoe size up to 7-1/2, Men’s 6
Medium fits Women’s 8-10, Men’s 6-1/2 to 8-1/2
Large fits Women's 10-1/2, Men’s 9
