Exactly what I needed.

My left arm and hand are non-functional from a stroke. I do have some function in my left shoulder. The hand weights allow me to do weight resistance in my shoulder. After 10 days of 2 lbs weights there is an increase in my shoulder strength. My wife loves the 1 lb for her walks. Will need heavier soon.
