- The pre-filter has a 1–3/8 in (35 mm) male port at each end—one to attach to the 1–1/4 in (32 mm) opening on the Main Erbium: YAG filter and another to attach to a 1–3/8 in (35 mm tubing set)
- Main Filter: captures particles 0.1 to 0.2 micron particles at 99.999% efficiency
- Pre-filter: 0.3–0.5 micron filtration
