not much heat but then again

I put it on my knee and it didnt really seem to do anything as far as getting warm so I just wiped it off with a towel,not soap and water.Went outside and started moving around and boy did it ever get hot and lasted for about a hour.So put on and wipe it off, work up a sweat and it does a good job.
