DeRoyal Sized Tennis Elbow Support

I like the DeRoyal Tennis Elbow Support very much--the two supports that I ordered are replacements for supports that I have used for years. However, I was very disappointed to see that one of the two supports had a spot on the webbing and seemed soiled, as if someone had not washed their hands before putting it in the box. This is a great product, but it didn't look fresh when it arrived.
