My aged mother was released from the hospital with a fractured neck and a cervical collar that is too big. I had to order one myself. It was a challenge to find acurate size information to know which item would fit her. We lucked out; it fits well.
I was anxious to receive the collar asap, since the big collar was a major hindrance to her ability to eat. The Shopping app did not help with tracking the shipment, so I would not advise others to use it. In the end, Fed Ex provided some information, but the collar came 3 days later than Fed Ex said it would.
