Product Information: CALIBRATION KIT, APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS ARRAY CARD

• This kit is used to maintain your ViiA 7 System with TaqMan Array Card Block
• It includes reagents to perform a spectral calibration with FAM, VIC, and ROX dyes, region-of-interest (ROI) and normalization calibration, and to run an RNase P verification card
• Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months
• The dye formulations for your ViiA 7 System will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments
