- Simply twist the bottom of the container and the required amount of compound is expelled from the container top.
- When the containers are ready to be dispensed, the twist bottoms are snapped shut for permanent closure. The containers are now tamper-resistant and patients cannot contaminate their own ointment.
- The dispensing ends of the containers are covered with threaded lids to keep the compound free from oxidation and contamination; therefore providing hygienic use.
