- The ImmunoDOT Autoimmunity Screening Panels detect antinuclear antibodies for specific diagnostically significant nuclear antigens and measure individually antibodies to the most common nuclear antigens: deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), Sjogren's syndrome antigen A (Ro) and antigen B (La), ribonucleoprotein (RNP), Smith (Sm) antigen, Scl-70 antigen and Jo-1 antigen
- Screening Panel 1 detects: total, dsDNA, SSA/SSB, RNP/Sm
- ImmunoDOT Autoimmunity Screening Panel 1 can be performed on either serum or heparinized whole blood
