Good service

I purchased the product planning on using it with older ice box my brother had from a shoulder surgery. After my knee surgery they sent me home with a new ice box specifically for my knee. Unfortunately I didn’t need the Therapy Knee Pad anymore. Fortunately for me your company allowed me to return the product with minor restocking charge.
