Worst experience I have had online shopping

First the website said the item was in stock. Then after 2 weeks with no shipping notification I emailed and they told me it would be 2-3 weeks because it was special order. I requested to cancel, they said no, that it was too late to cancel because it had already shipped (even though I had not received a shipping notification). Then, a week later the package arrived and it was the wrong item. The website says if they send the wrong item, they will arrange to pick up the package but instead I got an email from them telling me I had to mail it back to them within 5 days and depending on the condition of the item they would determine my refund. I will never do business with them again. I have emailed 2 more times siting their policy and have received no response.
