Misleading picture

I needed a wheel for a chair, the picture showed exactly what I was looking for (the wheel and the hardware attached to it) calling it a caster. When arrived all I received was the wheels from the picture not the whole apparatus. The picture in my opinion was confusing. Unable to upload the picture to make my point. Just be clear if you order parts, you may not be getting the picture displayed. Requested a return , only gave me a 15 credit for my inconvenience, the part is still in the box on my supply shelf.
