Unknowingly ordered Product Incompatible for home bed

Hello -
I am disappointed in my dealings with Serfinity . The item I ordered , Halo Grab rail , was incorrectly described . The description did not warn customer that the item was only for hospital beds only. The next dissatisfied is I had to pay shipping back AND pay a 35% restocking fee. I called to see if adjustments could be made , no change was made. So for an item that is $390 , I paid $30 to ship back and the restocking fee of $100. My gosh !
