• The vest weighs 50 lbs., simulating the weight of the fire fighter's protective clothing and self-contained breathing apparatus
• It is also designed to allow for the addition of two 12-1/2 lbs weights on the sholders to simulate a high-rise pack hose bundle, these are sold separately
