- Product cleaning
- Laerdal software upgrades to the latest version, if applicable
- Manikin software updates, if applicable
- Final test and inspection of manikin
- Documentation of findings and further recommendations
- If the manikin needs any repair, the engineer will facilitate it's return to Laerdal Service Center
