Custom Poly Chart Dividers are made of strong, flexible heavy gauge polyethylene plastic. Our fade resistant dividers are printed in black on one side using an 8 point foil stamping process that produces a clean and easily readable type. Dividers measure 8 ½ inches wide by 11 inches long and are compatible with other charting systems. Tab text and color: Your TEXT (White), Your TEXT (Orange), Your TEXT (Red), Your TEXT (Green), NURSES' NOTES (Yellow), Your TEXT (Gold), Your TEXT (Beige),Your TEXT (Lt. Blue) and Your TEXT (Gray).
