- SAF fixative: Each kit consists of one vial containing 15 mL SAF fixative with a builtin collection spoon
- Each collection system also includes one vial containing 15 mL of non-nutritive stool transport solution for enteric pathogens
- Kit also includes a 30 mL leak-proof clean vial for transport of specimens that do not require a transport medium
