When additional back support is a need, the brace is made from Kuhl perforated neoprene to give warmth and compression without moisture. To conform to the body contours, the brace stretches four ways. The universal sizing reduces the needs for stockings. Brace rollover will not occur with the four spiral stays. The brace generates inner abdominal pressure yet does not restrict motion. With a slim design, the brace can be worn under clothing. The central pad provides proprioception and conforms to back curvatures.
