These Purus tacky mats provide an innovative way of removing dirt and dust from foot traffic and equipment before entry into a clean room or controlled environment. Equipped with multiple layers and fully coated with a particle grabbing adhesive, these adhesive mats are perfect as sticky mats for construction sites, clean rooms, homes, businesses, or laboratories. And once the top layer becomes saturated, you just need to remove that layer to reveal a brand-new, high efficiency layer, ready to use!

Non Slip - Sticky Mats

You can take confidence in non slip Purus tacky mats which are comprised of a 30-layer mat mounted onto a reusable polystyrene frame. Each layer of the mat is coated with an adhesive that is formulated to capture and contain contaminants until the layer is peeled off and discarded. Nonskid backing applied to the bottom of the frame provides stability on tile, concrete, linoleum, carpets, wood and other floor surfaces. This Purus sticky mat can be easily relocated to high traffic areas and removed during routine floor maintenance procedures.

Placing adhesive floor mats in entrances and high traffic areas will significantly decrease the amount of dust and dirt that is typically tracked in from foot-traffic and equipment wheels.

Superior Quality - Purus mats are produced in an ISO 9000 factory. The completely integrated manufacturing process with film extrusion, coating, laminating and converting ensures consistent quality. A consistent coat weight of adhesive yields a higher performing mat without excessive tack issues. The correct softness enables dirt to embed into the adhesive with just enough thickness to accept and contain the particles.

Multi-Layered Construction - Each layer of the mat is fully coated with a particle grabbing adhesive and constructed of 1.8 mil (45 µm) low density polyethylene film. A low profile numbered tab indicates the number of remaining layers and ensures one-layer-at-a-time removal
