Rolyan TailorSplint

Balanced Drapability and Resistance to Stretch

The Rolyan TailorSplint has the perfect balance between drapability and resistance to stretch for the ultimate fit. The low-temperature thermoplastic that the TailorSplint is constructed with allows for it to be easily draped on the patient’s extremities or abdomen without unnecessary stretching that happens to other splinting materials. The TailorSplint also requires minimum shaping, with only gentle strokes needed to be applied

Constructed with Professional-Grade Materials

The Rolyan TailorSplint is built with professional-grade, low-temperature thermoplastic that provides patients with durable stability for their injury. The thermoplastic requires one minute or less of water heating at temperatures of 150° to 160°F (65° to 70°C) for one to five minutes of working time. Once fully molded, the splint is able to be used indefinitely as long as it is taken care of properly.

Find the Right Splint

The Rolyan TailorSplint gives you the options for finding the best splint to fit your needs in the office or clinic. Purchase the TailorSplint in three different thicknesses, 1/16 in. (1.6 mm), 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) and 1/8 in. (3.2 mm), to treat your patient to the best of your ability. It is also available in solid sheets, 1% perforation sheets, and 19% OptiPerf sheets to give the patient different amounts of breathability while wearing their custom splint. Get the Rolyan TailorSplint in single sheets or case of 4 sheets.
