SIM, Smart Incontinence Management, is a system that collects and analyzes information about a resident's continence status.
A continence assessment is conducted over a 3 to 7 day period where the administrator can review the data.
The gathered data is wirelessly transmitted to the SIM manager database and the results are used to produce a tailored continence care plan.
SIM Pod (including charging dock) is a portable, reusable, rechargeable sensor data transceiver that is connected to the SIM sensor and worn by the resident during an assessment.
The incontinence pads are disposable and highly absorbent with integrated wetness sensor.
Single patient use pads are worn with SIM pants (provided).
