I never used it, it is still in the original plastic.

It wasn’t what I wanted to order. I wanted the large 12x13 ice pack for my back . The numbers must have got mixed up. When called somebody from core products, they said the couldn’t sent a refund because they were only a shipping dept. let me know if I can still return it for refund ?
