These universal retort clamps, which feature a solid zinc die-cast construction with a high-grade, non-toxic blue powder coating, are non-ferrous, rust-free, and long-lasting for any laboratory application. The clamp is attached to a stainless steel connecting rod and is ideal for beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, test tubes, boiling (Florence) flasks, and burettes. With a heavy-duty, spring-loaded clamp, the dual wide pad screw adjustment allows for precise pressure and a wider range of accommodation when gripping glass objects to avoid potential breakage. The round extension arm also allows the clamp to be rotated 360° and vary the distance from the support apparatus. The vinyl coating provides a strong, slip-free hold that is excellent for higher temperature applications.
