US Plastic Corp. Two-Prong Vinyl-Coated Retort Clamp
These retort clamps, which feature a solid zinc die-cast construction with a high-grade, non-toxic blue powder coating, are non-ferrous, rust-free, and long-lasting for any laboratory application. The clamp is attached to a stainless steel connecting rod and is ideal for beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, test tubes, boiling (Florence) flasks, and burettes. The screw adjustment allows for precise pressure when gripping glass objects to avoid potential breakage, and the round extension arm allows the clamp to be rotated 360° and vary the distance from the support apparatus. The vinyl-coated clamps (23451, 23453, 23454, 23455) are excellent for higher temperature applications, while it is not recommended that the cork-lined clamps (23452, 23456, 23457) be placed in direct heat.
